2010 Tour of the Valley includes 10-25 mile community ride through Mill Creek Park

The inaugural Tour of the Valley bicycle race in 2009 was a big success.

In 2010, the race will take place next week July 9th-11th...
- Friday, 10 mile time trial around Mastropietro Winery
- Saturday, 33 mile road race around Columbiana
- Sunday, super-fast finals winding through downtown Youngstown.

... and $20,000 in cash prizes.

New for this year, anyone can join in a fun ride Sunday morning through Mill Creek Park.

Starting in downtown youngstown and weaving through the green cathedral, the ride can go either 10 or 25 miles.

Riders participating in the event receive t-shirts, refreshments, mechanical support, and entry to win a free Mercury Bike frame.
