One reason people might NOT take a look? PDF format... The file you link to is indeed a PDF, but comes across for me w/a .ashx extension, which means my browser tries to launch it as a plain text file in an editor.

C'mon folks. The web loves html. Sounds like you've got some great news to share in Youngstown -- don't hide it in a semi-opaque format like PDF.
